Small business growth, or have a large stable?
Currently working on a stable IT company as a customer technical support, and I have opportuninty to work in the Home Automation as a site engineer in a small but growing company I am very confused, what career to go, and that the company decides to scale
That is hard, some factors that come to me are your age, the supply of stock options the company and the availability of benefits. The first two have to do with the amount of risk you can afford to have. If you're in the middle beginning of your career would not be so essential to maintain its position stable company. It is unlikely that opportunities so if something goes wrong with the new position.
